J. Leonard DeCarlo, MD, is a board-certified urologist at UT Health East Texas Urology Center in Tyler. Dr. DeCarlo came to Tyler in 1991 and has simple care philosophy. “I believe in providing modern, scientific and up-to-date healthcare in a compassionate and patient-friendly atmosphere.”
Dr. DeCarlo became interested in healthcare because his father was a physician. “I have found a career in helping people by providing care for adult men and women above the age 16.”
Dr. DeCarlo enjoys model aircraft, cycling and playing games of all kinds.
Dr. DeCarlo is employed as a clinical faculty physician at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler under the UT Tyler School of Medicine.
